Hello! Welcome to Seeds for Change Consulting and Therapy Services! I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience serving individuals and families to build stronger, healthier, and more empowered lives. Together, we develop insight into presenting challenges, cultivate coping skills, and reinforce strengths and opportunities for growth. I serve children and adults through life transitions, including grief & loss, divorce & family separation, recovery from substance addiction, first-generation & returning students, and people with disabilities & their families, including life planning & advocacy.
I incorporate a collaborative approach and strive to build a safe, warm and welcoming space to share, grow and heal.
