Stephanie Troy, LICSW, will be presenting information on Anchoring Resilience for area professionals and helpers that provide direct service to the community.  This includes educators, doctors, nurses, psychotherapists, addiction staff, emergency responders, etc.  Come join fellow colleagues in a supportive atmosphere to discuss how to bolster resilience and manage stress while working in the field. This workshop will focus solely on self-care for human service providers utilizing a wellness-based approach.  The presentation will be both experiential and educational with a goal to increase awareness and skills for increased emotional well-being.
